The Power Of Madonna

Hey everyone!

My post this week is about one of the most famous singers of all time: MADONNA!

Oh yes, you are right, Glee dedicated one episode to her, and I am going to comment it, if you didn’t see it, just do it. Because I got one word: PERFECTION.

The episode begins with Sue putting Madonna songs on the hallway, to everyone to hear and get some inspiration. Will decides that the homework of the week will be Madonna songs! The girls get excited, but the boys thinks isn’t a good idea. At least, Kurt likes it (of course haha).

The first song is “Express yourself” that the girls sing to the boys, because they aren’t treating them well. Is a really good number in my opinion. Epic!

 Finn meets Rachel at the coral room, and they start to sing a song (Mash up of Borderline and Open Your Heart. ) In this scenes looks like they are going back together, and what I thought was really awesome was that some  girls behind them are dressed like Madonna, in different times of her career.At the end, they just say the song got awesome and go away.

 The video  of Vogue also got amazing, is something like a video clip inside of a TV Show, is kind of weird, but Jane is so talented, so Amber and Chris did such a great job on there, AWESOME.

One of my favorite performances in this episode is Like a Virgin, with Rachel & Jesse (my favorite couple, yes!) Will and Emma and Finn and Santana (ok, so awkward I know, but he is just trying to make Rachel jealous, what is expected after what he did to her).

 

4 Minutes is performed by Kurt and Mercedes, because they are tired to make Rachel‘s backing vocals, and they go to the cheerios to try get their own shine, I don’t blame them, sometimes Rachel annoys me too haha, but I love her anyway.

The boys try to look in a girl point of view, because they are being so cruel and mean with them, so they sing : “What Feels For A Girl” together , in a way to apologize and make the ladies happy.

Artie is going to talk to Tina and Puck is going to talk to Quinn. Finn is going to say “I’m sorry to Rachel” but she’s with Jesse,and he wants  to fight with Finn.But Finn doesn’t so he invites Jesse to sing Like a Prayer with the Glee Club. The episode ends with this wonderful song!

Super Mario World is a platform game developed and published by Nintendo as a console title that followed the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). The game became a huge critical and commercial success, being considered the best-selling platform, with 20 million copies sold worldwide todo.How in the previous games, the script involves Mario traversing different lands on a quest to rescue the P each Princess, who was captured by Bowser.

In Japan, Super Mario World is also known as Super Mario Bros. 4 and it was one of the launch games for the Super Famicom system, along with F-Zero.

The game was re-released twice, first for Game Boy Advance with modified gameplay (with real differentiation between Mario and Luigi) Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2. The second was to relaunch the system of the Wii Virtual Console in North America in 2007, this time with no change whatsoever to the original SNES version.

Super Mario World has a sequel, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, which is set in the same place with a gameplay similar to its predecessor. However, instead of taking the stage after the events of Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island story happened many years before him, when Mario was still a baby.

HISTORY:

Mario, Luigi and Princess Toadstool were taking a vacation in Dinosaur Island. But during the holidays, Bowser kidnaps the lovely Princess.He also takes possession of the Island of the Dinosaurs, and imprisons its inhabitants in magical eggs, handing them over to his seven sons Mario and Luigi face challenges in seven different worlds, to finally defeat more since the terrible Bowser and save Princess and the inhabitants of the Island of the Dinosaurs.

The overall objective is to explore the nine worlds and finding all 96 exits, rescuing the Princess from the clutches of Bowser and freeing the seven captives Yoshis eggs. However, broader challenges can make your goals as the game progresses.

It is also important to find the four Switch Palaces (yellow, blue, red and green) to make the journey easier, so as the secret worlds of the Star as the Way, which helps transport in strategic shortcuts scattered throughout the map and Special Zone, a collection of difficult tests involving all the gameplay features introduced by the game.

Other secret areas as Lake Soda and Super Secret Area, and the Houses Ghosts can also be found hidden throughout the game.

FEATURES:

The game can be played with two players: In one round, one player controls Mario and the other round the player 2 controls Luigi (in the version for Game Boy Advance can be chosen one of two characters without waiting for turns).

The game's soundtrack was composed by Koji Kondo, and all possible scenarios to play with Yoshi had a dual composition, ie a simple theme.

The game is divided into different maps that contain multiple levels. Unlike what happened in Super Mario Bros. 3, the map is a single territory, albeit with different types of landscapes.

The map image has a vast network of paths, where Mario can walk on them to enter in levels. There are also paths hidden (or secret) that must be cleared by collecting a key levels where there is a red dot on the map image.

WORLDS:

Yoshi's Island: A small island where the Yoshis live. Your boss is Iggy Koopa.

Plains of the Doughnut: A plateau that has this name from the shape of a donut. Your boss is Morton Koopa Jr.

Vanilla Summit: It is named for is in a cavern with a vaulted ceiling. Your boss is Lemmy Koopa.

Area of Twin Bridges: Two bridges found shortly after the Summit of Vanilla. The bridges are made by Bridge Cheese and Butter Bridge. Immediately after the bridge there is the Cheese Cookie Mountain, where the top is the boss, Ludwig von Koopa. Also below the bridge there is a soda lake.

Forest of Illusion: A huge forest that fool who goes with delusions of trees. Your boss is Roy Koopa.

Isle of Chocolate: A mountainous island terrain and brown (hence the name "Chocolate"). Nearby there is also a wreck. Your boss is Wendy O. Koopa.

Valley of Bowser: World located in a valley inside a huge cave that is shaped like the head of Bowser. Its leaders are Larry Koopa and Bowser himself.

Path of the Star: Enabled through the Star Road throughout the game, is set in a huge mountain shaped like a star.

Special Area: Located in a celestial plane, has several stars that form the word "SPECIAL" and a symbol of the Super Famicom. All phases have their names surfer slang, translated into Portuguese as "Knobby," "Tubular", "Cool," "Fantastic," "Wavy", "Mondo", "Outrageous" and "Nice." When completed, the maps will change the colors, as well as some enemies. In this world there is also a remix of the song's original Super Mario Bros.

O objetivo geral consiste em explorar os 9 mundos e encontrar todas as 96 saídas existentes, resgatando a Princesa das garras de Bowser e libertando os sete Yoshis cativos nos ovos. Entretanto, desafios mais amplos podem se tornar suas metas conforme o jogo progride.

Também é relevante encontrar os quatro Palácios do Interruptor (  amarelos, azuis, vermelhos e verdes) para tornar a jornada mais fácil, assim também como os mundos secretos como o Caminho da Estrela, que auxilia seu transporte em atalhos estratégicos espalhados por todo o mapa e a Zona Especial, uma coletânea de testes difíceis envolvendo todas as características de jogabilidade trazidas pelo jogo.

Outras áreas secretas como Lago da Soda e Área Super Secreta, além das Casas Fantasmas escondidas também podem ser descobertas ao longo do jogo.

CARACTERÍSTICAS:

O jogo pode ser jogado com dois jogadores: em uma rodada, o jogador 1 controla Mario e na outra rodada o jogador 2 controla Luigi (na versão para o Game Boy Advance, pode ser escolhido um dos dois personagens sem ficar esperando por turnos).

A trilha sonora do jogo foi composta por Kōji Kondō, e todos os cenários possíveis de se jogar com Yoshi tinham uma composição dual, ou seja, um tema simples.

O jogo é dividido em diferentes mapas  que contêm vários níveis. Ao contrário do que aconteceu em Super Mario Bros 3, o mapa é um território único, embora com diferentes tipos de paisagens.

A imagem do mapa apresenta uma vasta rede de caminhos, onde Mario poderá andar sobre eles para poder entrar nos níveis. Existem também caminhos ocultos (ou secretos) que devem ser habilitados coletando uma chave nos níveis onde existe uma bolinha vermelha na imagem do mapa.

MUNDOS:

Ilha do Yoshi: Uma pequena ilha onde vivem os Yoshis. Seu chefe é Iggy Koopa.

Planícies da Rosquinha: Um planalto que possui esse nome por ter a forma de uma rosquinha. Seu chefe é Morton Koopa Jr.

Cúpula da Baunilha: Possui esse nome por se situar numa caverna com um teto abobadado. Seu chefe é Lemmy Koopa.

Área das Pontes Gêmeas: Duas pontes encontradas logo depois da Cúpula da Baunilha. As pontes são constituídas pela Ponte do Queijo e a Ponte da Manteiga. Logo depois da Ponte do Queijo há a Montanha do Biscoito, onde no topo está o chefe, Ludwig von Koopa. Também abaixo das pontes há um lago de Soda.

Floresta da Ilusão: Uma gigantesca floresta que engana quem passa com ilusões de árvores. Seu chefe é Roy Koopa.

Ilha do Chocolate: Uma ilha montanhosa e de terreno marrom (por isso o nome "Chocolate"). Nas proximidades há também um navio naufragado. Seu chefe é Wendy O. Koopa.

Vale do Bowser: Mundo situado num vale dentro de uma enorme gruta que tem o formato da cabeça de Bowser. Seus chefes são Larry Koopa e o próprio Bowser.

Caminho da Estrela: Habilitado através das Estradas da Estrela pelo jogo todo, é situado numa enorme montanha com o formato de uma estrela.

Zona Especial: Localizada num plano celeste, possui várias estrelas que formam a palavra "ESPECIAL" e um símbolo do Super Famicom. Todas as suas fases possuem nomes de gírias de surfista, traduzidos para português como "Nodoso", "Tubular", "Legal", "Fantástico", "Ondulado", "Mondo", "Ultrajante" e "Bacana". Ao ser completado, as cores dos mapas mudarão, assim como alguns inimigos. Nesse mundo há também um remix da música do Super Mario Bros original.

     A brilliant and fluid forward, Ronaldo was one of international soccer's great stars of the 1990s and Brazil's biggest soccer hero since Pele. At age 17 he was a member of Brazil's 1994 World Cup-winning squad, though he did not play. The same year he joined the Dutch professional team PSV Eindhoven. His professional contract was purchased by Barcelona in 1996; the next year he moved again to Italy's F.C. Internazionale Milano, remaining until 2002 when he transferred to Real Madrid. He was named FIFA's World Footballer of the Year in 1996 and 1997, becoming both the youngest player to win the award and the only player to win the award in consecutive years. He also starred in the 1998 World Cup, scoring four goals in leading Brazil to the Cup finals, but he was criticized for their 3-0 loss to France in the championship game. Slowed by injuries in the 21st century, Ronaldo nonetheless made a triumphant return by leading Brazil to the World Cup championship in 2002. He won the Golden Boot as the tournament's top scorer (with eight goals) and scored both goals in Brazil's 2-0 final game win over Germany. That year he was again named FIFA's Player of the Year. Despite accusations that he had become overweight and less than energetic, Ronaldo scored three goals in the 2006 World Cup, giving him a total of 15 in World Cup play -- a new record.     Ronaldo is the third child of Nélio Nazário de Lima, Snr and Sônia dos Santos Barata, Ronaldo has a brother Nélio Jr.
     During 1997, Ronaldo met the Brazilian model and actress Susana Werner on the set of Brazilian telenovela Malhação when they acted together in three episodes. Although never marrying, they began a long-term relationship and lived together in Milan until the beginning of 1999. In April 1999, Ronaldo married female Brazilian footballer Milene Domingues, at the time pregnant with the couple's first son, Ronald. The marriage lasted four years. The couple had a son, Ronald (born in Milan, on April 6, 2000). In 2005, Ronaldo became engaged to Brazilian model and MTV VJ Daniela Cicarelli, who became pregnant but suffered a miscarriage; the relationship lasted for only three months after their luxurious wedding at the Château de Chantilly. The ceremony reportedly cost €700,000 (£896,000).

     In April 2008, Ronaldo was involved in a scandal involving three transvestite prostitutes whom he met in a nightclub located in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Upon discovering that they were men, Ronaldo offered them $600 to leave. One of the three, however, André Luís Ribeiro Albertini (better known as Andréia Albertini), demanded $30,000 and exposed the case to the media. According to the local police chief, "Ronaldo wanted to go out and have fun, without the press knowing. Ronaldo said that he is not mentally stable and is having psychological problems because of his recent surgery. But he committed no crime at all, it was immoral at best."
